Do you cover Huddersfield and Halifax?

Yes. Huddersfield, Halifax, Holmfirth, Brighouse, Mirfield, and nearby towns including Elland, Meltham, Honley, Sowerby Bridge, Liversedge, Greetland, Outlane, Rastrick and the Colne Valley. Evenings and Saturdays.

How much is a Wi-Fi assessment?

£95. Speed tests at the router and the rooms that actually fail, a simple survey, and a written report. If you go ahead with work over £300 within 30 days, that £95 comes off the invoice. No free look-round.

Why is my Wi-Fi rubbish when the broadband is fast?

Usually the ISP router is in a cupboard, and one box cannot cover two floors of brick or stone. Switching provider does not fix that. Placement, mesh, and sometimes an Ethernet backhaul do.

Do you only fit mesh, or can you run Ethernet as well?

Both. Mesh where it will hold, a cable to the far node where walls kill a wireless hop. That hybrid setup is the usual fix in local houses.

Do you work evenings and weekends?

Weekday evenings 6–8pm and Saturday 9–4. Sunday closed. Book an assessment rather than expecting a daytime call-out.

Do you do rental or landlord properties?

Yes. Landlord and multi-unit work is typically £445–£895 depending on the building. Same £95 assessment first, so you know what tenants will actually get.

Is there a free site visit?

No. The first visit is a £95 Home Connectivity Assessment, credited against implementation over £300 within 30 days. You get a report either way.

What do the packages cost?

Essential £395–£549. Family Complete £595–£849 (the usual family job). Premium £995–£1,795. Annual MOT £95. No VAT at current turnover. 50% deposit before kit is ordered.
